Live Group Experience means any live group program, group experience, membership, workshop or similar group-based service.

2. Scope of these Terms

Juliane Staerk provides educational and self-development products and services.

The exact scope, duration, schedule, price, payment terms, included sessions, access, support and other details of a particular Product or Service may be stated separately on the relevant:

  • sales page

  • checkout page

  • application or invitation

  • proposal

  • email confirmation

  • or individual written agreement

These specific offer details form part of the agreement between Juliane Staerk and the Client.

Where a separate individual written agreement expressly differs from these Terms, the individual agreement will apply to that specific matter.

3. Term and duration

The term of Live Group Experiences and Private 1:1 Services is agreed separately for the relevant Product or Service.

The service relationship ends when the agreed term, service period or delivery has ended.

Any extension must be agreed in writing.

A Client may not unilaterally extend the agreed service period or validity period.

4. Nature of the work and disclaimer

Products and Services provided by Juliane Staerk are educational and self-development services.

They are not:

  • psychotherapy

  • psychological treatment

  • medical treatment or advice

  • legal advice

  • crisis intervention

  • emergency support

Purchasing or participating in a Product or Service does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient or other regulated professional relationship.

Clients remain responsible for their own choices, decisions, actions and wellbeing.

No specific personal, professional, emotional, relationship, financial or other result is guaranteed.

Where appropriate, Clients should seek support from a suitably qualified medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional.

Products and Services are intended for adults aged 18 or over.

5. Digital Products

Digital Products may include pre-recorded videos, audios, written materials, PDFs, exercises, courses, masterclasses and other digital resources.

Digital access may be provided through email, a private course or membership portal, GoHighLevel or another electronic delivery method.

The Client may be required to create an account or password before accessing the content.

Unless otherwise stated, access is for the individual purchaser only.

Juliane Staerk may reasonably update, replace or modify digital materials over time.

Where access is described as ongoing or lifetime access, this means access for as long as the relevant Product remains reasonably available through Juliane Staerk's business or platform. It does not constitute a guarantee that a particular third-party platform or Product will remain available indefinitely.

6. Live Group Experiences

Live Group Experiences take place according to the duration, schedule and format communicated for the relevant offer.

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled group sessions.

If a Client misses a scheduled group session, arrives late, leaves early or is otherwise unable to attend, no replacement session, private makeup session, credit, refund or extension will be provided unless otherwise expressly stated or agreed in writing.

Where recordings, replays or alternative materials are included, this will be communicated for the relevant offer. Recordings are not automatically guaranteed.

Any group, community or between-session access ends when the relevant Live Group Experience ends unless otherwise stated.

Participants must behave respectfully toward other participants.

Juliane Staerk may remove a participant whose behaviour is seriously disruptive, abusive, threatening, unlawful or materially interferes with the participation or safety of others. Any payment or refund rights in such circumstances remain subject to applicable law.

7. Private 1:1 Services

Private 1:1 Services may be offered as standard packages or as individually agreed arrangements.

The exact scope, duration, number of sessions, level of support, price, payment terms and any additional conditions are agreed separately for the relevant arrangement.

Any included sessions, calls or support must be used within the agreed service or validity period.

Where a package includes a fixed number of sessions, those sessions must be used within the timeframe agreed for that package.

Unused sessions remaining after the agreed validity period expire and are not refundable, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

It is the Client's responsibility to schedule and attend included sessions within the agreed timeframe.

Juliane Staerk is not required to provide additional sessions, extensions, replacements or reminders for unused sessions.

Extensions are not automatic and may be granted at the discretion of Juliane Staerk and confirmed in writing.

Custom arrangements may include individually agreed durations, numbers of sessions or forms of support. Those details will be stated separately and will apply to that arrangement.

8. Rescheduling and missed private sessions

Private sessions may be rescheduled by the Client with at least 24 hours' notice.

A session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be treated as used.

Juliane Staerk may, at her discretion, make an exception in exceptional circumstances.

If Juliane Staerk needs to cancel or reschedule a private session, a replacement time will be offered.

9. Client responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • provide accurate information where reasonably required

  • take responsibility for scheduling and attending sessions

  • participate respectfully in live or group environments

  • keep their login information secure

  • use Products and Services for their own personal use

  • make payments when due

  • inform Juliane Staerk of relevant practical problems affecting delivery of the Product or Service

The Client remains responsible for whether and how they implement information, discussions, exercises or ideas arising from the Product or Service.

10. Payment

The applicable price is the price communicated for the relevant Product or Service before purchase.

Payment may be made in full or through an agreed payment plan where offered.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe and available card or digital-wallet services.

Juliane Staerk does not directly store complete payment-card details.

11. Payment plans

Where the Client chooses or agrees to a payment plan, the payment plan is a method of paying the agreed total price rather than a separate subscription that may simply be cancelled at any time.

Subject to statutory withdrawal rights and other mandatory consumer rights, the Client remains responsible for the agreed instalments.

Where recurring or scheduled charges have been authorised, payments may be charged automatically according to the agreed payment schedule.

If a scheduled payment fails or becomes overdue, Juliane Staerk may:

  • request that the Client update their payment information

  • request payment by another available method

  • suspend access to sessions, support, communities or digital materials until payment is brought up to date

Nothing in this section removes statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Statutory right of withdrawal

Consumers within the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from qualifying distance contracts within 14 days, subject to the exceptions and conditions provided by law.

Digital content

Different rules apply to digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium.

Where a Client requests that digital content begin to be supplied before the end of the statutory withdrawal period, the Client will be asked to provide prior express consent and to acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal will be lost once supply of the digital content has begun, where the legal requirements for that exception are satisfied.

By giving the required consent at checkout, the Client expressly requests that supply of the digital content begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledges the resulting loss of the withdrawal right once supply begins.

Confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement will be provided where required by law.

Live and private services

Where a Client expressly requests that a Live Group Experience or Private 1:1 Service begin during the 14-day withdrawal period, performance may begin during that period.

If the Client lawfully exercises the right of withdrawal after service delivery has begun following such a request, the Client may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided, as permitted by applicable law.

Where a service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period, the statutory withdrawal right may be lost where the legally required prior consent and acknowledgement have been provided.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory statutory withdrawal right.

13. Refunds

Except where a refund right exists under applicable law or where a separate written refund guarantee has been expressly offered, purchases are not refundable merely because the Client:

  • changes their mind after the applicable withdrawal right has expired or been validly lost

  • does not complete a Product

  • does not attend scheduled sessions

  • does not use available sessions or support within the agreed period

  • decides not to continue participating

This does not affect statutory rights relating to Products or Services that are not delivered, are defective, are materially different from what was agreed or otherwise give rise to mandatory consumer remedies.

If Juliane Staerk is unable to provide a material part of a paid Service and no reasonable replacement can be provided, any appropriate refund or credit for the undelivered portion will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

14. Confidentiality in Live Group Experiences

Live Group Experiences may involve participants sharing personal information, experiences and reflections.

Each participant agrees to respect the privacy of other participants.

Participants must not disclose outside the group another participant's:

  • personal story or experience

  • identifying information

  • private statements

  • screenshots

  • messages

  • photographs

  • recordings

  • or other confidential information

without that participant's permission.

No participant may record a group session without prior permission from Juliane Staerk and any other individuals whose consent is legally required.

While Juliane Staerk establishes confidentiality expectations, she cannot guarantee the conduct of every independent group participant.

15. Confidentiality in Private 1:1 Services

Information shared within Private 1:1 Services will be treated confidentially and handled with reasonable care.

  • where disclosure is required by law, court order or competent authority

  • where otherwise legally required or permitted

16. Recordings

Live Group Experiences and Private 1:1 sessions are not recorded unless participants are informed in advance.

Where a recording is proposed, any consent required under applicable law will be obtained.

Clients may not independently record private or group sessions without prior permission from Juliane Staerk.

17. Intellectual property and personal use

Unless otherwise stated, original materials created and provided by Juliane Staerk remain the intellectual property of Juliane Staerk.

  • frameworks

  • course materials

  • session materials

  • presentations

  • website content

  • written copy

  • program materials

The Client receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use purchased materials for their own personal use.

The Client may not, without prior written permission:

  • copy or reproduce paid materials for others

  • share access credentials

  • distribute or upload materials

  • sell or sublicense materials

  • publish paid materials

  • use the materials to create commercial products

  • present Juliane Staerk's materials as their own work

18. Testimonials

Where a Client voluntarily provides a testimonial, review or statement specifically as feedback that may be used publicly, the Client grants Juliane Staerk permission to use that testimonial for marketing and promotional purposes, including on websites, social media, advertisements and promotional materials.

Where the Client voluntarily provides a first name, photograph or other identifying material for use together with the testimonial, that material may also be used in connection with the testimonial, subject to applicable law.

Testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another Client will achieve the same or similar results.

19. No guarantee of results

Individual circumstances vary.

Juliane Staerk does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, emotional, relationship, financial or other outcome from purchasing or participating in a Product or Service.

Client testimonials, examples and case studies illustrate individual experiences only and are not promises or guarantees of results.

20. No sharing of access

Digital Products, private materials, login credentials and paid resources are intended for the purchasing Client only unless expressly stated otherwise.

Sharing paid access or materials with another person without permission may result in suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law.

21. Third-party services

Products and Services may depend on third-party technology or platforms for functions such as:

  • payments

  • email

  • course delivery

  • video calls

  • scheduling

  • communications

Temporary interruptions or technical issues may occur outside Juliane Staerk's reasonable control.

Reasonable efforts will be made to restore or provide access where a technical problem materially affects a paid Product or Service.

22. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Juliane Staerk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from a Client's decisions, actions or use of educational materials.

The Client remains responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any mandatory rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

23. Suspension and termination

Juliane Staerk may suspend or terminate access to a Product or Service where there is a material reason, including:

  • serious or repeated non-payment

  • unauthorised sharing of paid materials

  • serious breach of confidentiality

  • abusive, threatening or unlawful conduct

  • serious disruption of a group environment

  • material breach of these Terms or an individual agreement

Any consequences relating to payment, unused services or refunds will be determined in accordance with the circumstances, the applicable agreement and mandatory law.

Where Juliane Staerk terminates a Service for reasons unrelated to a Client's breach and is unable to provide the remaining agreed Service, the Client will receive any refund or other remedy required by applicable law for the undelivered portion.

24. Privacy and data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on julianestaerk.com.

Information about cookies and similar technologies is provided in the Legal Notice & Cookie Policy.

25. Changes to Products and Services

Reasonable changes may occasionally be made to Products or Services, including content, scheduling, delivery methods, platforms or supporting materials.

Any material change will be handled in a way consistent with the agreement with the Client and applicable consumer law.

26. Force majeure

Juliane Staerk will not be responsible for delay or inability to perform obligations caused by circumstances reasonably outside her control, including serious illness, natural disaster, widespread technical outage, governmental action, war, civil disturbance or other comparable events.

Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule, restore or provide an appropriate alternative.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

27. Electronic contracting

Contracts may be concluded electronically.

These Terms are made available electronically and may be saved or printed before purchase.

The language of these Terms and the normal language of contracting through this Site is English, unless otherwise agreed.

Electronic acceptance of the applicable checkout terms constitutes acceptance where the legal requirements for electronic contracting are satisfied.

28. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Where the Client is a consumer residing in another country, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protections that apply to them under applicable law.

The Parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith before pursuing formal proceedings.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer's mandatory rights regarding jurisdiction or dispute resolution.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

30. Amendments

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

The current version will be published on this Site with its latest update date.

Changes to these Terms do not retrospectively remove contractual or statutory rights relating to an existing purchase.

31. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the specific information provided for the relevant Product or Service and any applicable individual written agreement, form the agreement between Juliane Staerk and the Client regarding that purchase.

Where an individual written agreement expressly changes a provision of these Terms for a particular Private 1:1 Service, that individual agreement takes precedence for that provision.
