You know what you want. You are intelligent and successful. You can make good decisions.
But when something has emotional weight, that can change quickly.
Someone questions you, gets disappointed, goes quiet, gets angry, and suddenly you're second-guessing yourself, explaining, fixing, or looking for reassurance.
The founding cohort begins Monday, January 11, 2027.
This is what 6 weeks of working together can make possible.
Before: Sunday is supposed to be yours. You are tired, and the couch has earned its place. Your mother calls, wanting you to come over. You tell her you have other plans. The shift in her voice, the disappointment goes under your skin. And suddenly you hear yourself saying, “I can come over for half an hour.” You hang up exhausted, because her reaction changed, again, what you'd promised yourself.
After: You hear the disappointment. You pause. "Mum, I can't today, Tuesday works for me." You stay where you want to be. Relieved.
Before: "Can we skip your parents' this time? I just need one weekend that isn't about managing your mother." He goes quiet. Jaw tight, eyes somewhere past you. "So now you're not even going to say anything?" Your voice comes out sharper than you meant it to be.
By the time he finally responds, you're both raising your voices. And just like that, the actual weekend plan is long gone. Somehow you're back in the same fight again.
After: Jaw tight, eyes somewhere past you. You feel the pull to react to the felt rejection, but you let it pass . "What’s going on?" Then he exhales: "Honestly, I don’t really feel like going this weekend either."
Before: You finally sit down. The week was full, really full, and all you want is watching the next episode from your series, when your phone lights up. A text: "Ugh, can we talk? My sister is unbelievable. That b*tch. 😤"
You feel it immediately. Your body goes heavy, something in you sinks. You don't want to. You have no energy left. But you are typing anyway: "Of course, call me.😊" 45 minutes later, you're still holding the phone, the episode still paused on the same frame. Now it's not tiredness anymore, you feel exhausted.
After: You're curled up on the couch when the text arrives. You feel the heaviness again. But this time, you don’t override it.
'I'm all ears tomorrow, if you want,'.
A moment later: 'That sounds great, I hope you relax tonight ❤️' You feel your shoulders drop. The episode keeps playing.
Before: You built this strategy from the ground up, you know exactly why it works.
Your senior colleague tilts their head: "Are we sure about this?"
Your stomach drops. Suddenly you're overexplaining, going into the smallest detail, watching their face for a sign of approval.
After: Are we sure about this?' You take a deep breath and look back at him. 'Yes,' you say. 'I'm happy to walk you through anything that's unclear.' He nods, and the conversation moves on.
You replay conversations long after they have ended.
You soften your boundaries in uncomfortable situations.
You can feel clear about a choice, until someone questions it and you begin doubting yourself.
You overexplain when you are under pressure.
One difficult interaction can change the rest of your day and how you feel about yourself.
You understand the pattern that is running you but you cannot interrupt or change it.

recognise the pattern before it takes over
understand what your reactions are protecting
create space before reacting automatically
stay connected to yourself through disagreement and uncertainty
trust what you know without needing immediate reassurance
recover more quickly when something throws you off
return to yourself without feeling ashamed of your reaction
Week 1
Understand Your Personal Pattern
See how a situation becomes a trigger, what meaning you attach to it, and how that sets your familiar reaction in motion.
Week 2
Identify Your Protection Strategies
Recognise the specific ways you try to feel safe, stay connected, regain control, or avoid being hurt.
Week 3
See What You Are Protecting
Identify the deeper fear, old belief, or vulnerable place underneath your protection strategy.
Week 4
Stay With Yourself
Learn to create space between reaction and response, so you can stay present and choose what happens next.
Week 5
Boundaries & Difficult Conversations
Practise holding a boundary, speaking clearly, and staying connected to yourself when a conversation becomes uncomfortable.
Week 6
Become the Woman Who Stays With Herself
Strengthen your self-trust, rely more on your own judgment, and build a personal practice for finding your way back.
This is not a course where you sit quietly while one person does all the talking.
You come in with your own life, your own patterns, and whatever happened that week.
We explore the week's theme together, but we also work with what is actually happening for the women in the room.
Each week, we will meet live for 120 minutes around one central theme.
I introduce the teaching, guide the conversation, and take an active part in the group.
Every woman brings her own experience, listens to what others are noticing, and contributes to the shared exploration.
You will explore:
the patterns that appear across different experiences
what those patterns bring up in each of us
what is difficult to see when we reflect alone
what returning to ourselves could look like in real life
We practise returning to ourselves, and help each other recognise what is often hardest to see alone.
The conversation continues between sessions as the women share what they are noticing, reflect on the weekly theme, and recognise patterns as they appear in everyday life.
The founding group is limited to a maximum of eight women, so every woman can participate meaningfully and become part of the shared work.
Active participation matters, but there is no pressure to perform or disclose more than feels right. You decide what you share, and every participant is expected to engage thoughtfully and respect the privacy of the group.
See what becomes visible when thoughtful women reflect, respond, and learn together.
The group begins the week of January 11 and is limited to 8 women.

It is knowing how to return.
